Keeping our Keiki Healthy: Travel with Purpose Impact

Nature's Sunshine has made a commitment to Project Hawai’i homeless keiki by providing healthy and nature made vitamins to our outreach program. While Nature's Sunshine was conducting their 50th anniversary THRIVE meeting on Maui they reached out to us with their impact vision. This company unique with their products and mission. They are there for the health of the community, not the profit margin. " We personally go to the farthest reaches of the globe to find the highest quality natural ingredients, and we ensure their living nutrients are protected and delivered to you just as nature intended." Founder

One of the amazing aspects of living in Hawai'i is larger corporations love to host their meetings on our islands. While they are visiting they always give back, and often times they do choose Project Hawai’i, Inc. as their charity. Many people ask how do we connect with so many national companies. Our answer is, "they find us when they search for incredible nonprofits to partner with". We offer a variety of Travel with Purpose opportunities that assure a greater impact for our homeless children while companies follow their mission while visiting our islands

This dynamic team of leaders from all over the country came together and packaged up 300 boxes filled with vitamins and supplements during their last day on the island. We were also excited that a few of the participants were staying another day due to the flight scheduling and were able to help us with outreach and delivering their products. They were able to see first hand the conditions our homeless children live in, they experienced hands on outreach and witnessing the impact their donations provide.

Established in 2019 as the corporate foundation for Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. and Synergy WorldWide, the Impact Foundation empowers a community of loyal, like-minded individuals, by increasing awareness of nature’s healing power, creating meaningful service opportunities, and engaging with charitable organizations that align closely with our cause.

"Our foundation is built upon the pillars of service, awareness, and support to carry out our mission of sharing the healing power of nature around the world."

"Made in the USA, we manufacture our products in our own state-of-the-art facility, where in-house Quality Control teams perform more than 600 tests across our product line to ensure you get the most potent and effective products nature can offer."

Project Hawai’i, Inc. is solely supported by public donations and our children rely on the generosity of donations such as these. When traveling to the islands many do not realize the state of crisis our communities face. Imagining that visiting the islands with all it's beauty can't possibly hold a secret of despair and poverty around every turn. Our grassroots nonprofit is on the front line changing the lives of so many homeless children, and companies like these keep our efforts going.

The Impact Foundation (the foundation created by Nature's Sunshine) pledged their donation of $10,000. to assure the continued support we provide to so many homeless children.

We were honored to meet so many like-minded giving individuals who share the passion of giving back during this seminar. Cliff and I attended the last day of their meeting, had lunch with everyone, helped package up their donations and gave our presentation to the group. This team truly showed the meaning of KAKAO = Hawaiian word is kakou [kah-ko], meaning “us.” As in, we are all in this together. It's up to all of us to protect our community. Let's take care of one another!

We were truly impressed to see their drive, determination and core values come to life through their communication with one another, work ethics and interaction as they work together to make our home a little better than when they arrived. What a beautiful sight to see visitors with such positive mind-sets and long term goals of supporting and uplifting communities. There theme was RE-imagine... as they head on to their next 50 years of service. Being part of this event was inspiring!

Making change together!! (Check Presentation of $10,000.)
